to the editor:
The Theory of evolution, like any religious hypothesis depends upon faith. After all, it is still a theory, and has yet to be scientifically proven.
The following is a short list of evolutionary short comings.
1. The numerous gaps in the fossil record, If life evolved over billions of years, wouldn't the fossil records clearly show as much? Wouldn't the evidence of this be plentiful if life had evolved over billions of years?
2. The Dilemma of having a theory of "the survival of the fittest", but allowing primitive life forms to survive such as apes, not a more evolved half-human half ape
3. Another shortcoming is the mystery of exactly where or how the first DNA strand came to be. DNA has been called the building block of life.
Also how did the materials for the big bang, and the formation of everything come from? If as science tells us that things just don't magically appear, where did everything come from?
This letter is not to promote any religious belief over another. But to show that even widely accepted so-called scientific data has flaws
Thank you
