One Race

Extreme racists have claimed that there is a difference between races. With current genetic research this claim has been proven false. Genetics have proven that there is no superiority between races, we are too similar.

Researcher found that all women came from a common ancestor. The "Eve studies" supported the concept that all humankind came from a common ancestor.(1)

Alan R Templeton a evolutionary and population biologist at Washington University in St. Louis Mo. found as far as DNA is concerned "race" did not exist. He said "Race is a real cultural, political, and economic concept in society, but it is not a biological concept, and that unfortunately is what many people wrongfully consider to be the essence of race in humansgenetic differences."(2)

Research that began in 1992 found that dispite tiny differences humankind was more alike than different.(3)

Kenneth Kidd, a geneticist from Yale University compared DNA samples from all over the world his conclusion was "Race is not biologically definable, we are far too similar,"(4).

Indeed every person on the earth shares 99.99 percent of the same genetic code.(5)

Craig Venter, head of Celera Genomics Corp. a private company that joined with a public group to map the human genome said "You cannot look at a person's genes and say with any accuracy whether they are from one racial group or another.". He concluded that the genetic difference between two people of the same race is greater than people of a different race.(6)

Some extreme racists have claimed to be Christians. What does the bible have to say about their actions and beliefs?
