Humankind in the age of terrorism
All of us are human.
All of us have hopes and dreams.
All of us are capable of great beauty.
All of us have we have the possibility of great compassion.
We also can choose to act inhuman.
We also can choose evil.
We also can show ugliness.
We also can show insensitivity.
We have two paths to take. One of infinity. One of infamy. One of love. One of hate. The end game is, in the history of human existence the only things that matters are Justice, Compassion, and Love. All else fades into nothingness.

What is America?
Is it the president? The Congress? The Supreme court? The flag? The answer is no, America is "We The People" and the Constitution that is the ultimate law of the land.
In our history We have changed the President, Congressmen, and Supreme Court Justices but the constant is the Constitution. Even the fifty states fly different flags. Yet all of this is still bound by the U.S. Constitution.
Sadly we often lose sight of this when hysteria and chaos rules the land. Still the Constitution is the law of the land
Two quotes from the Constitution
The Constitution of the United States
PREAMBLE
"We, the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect Union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America."
Bill of rights
Amendment I
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances."
For the survivors
Death is having part of us die.
Death is hearing of closure, moving on, but this can't be done.
The loneliness is deafening.
The pain can drive you to the brink of sanity.
How can you get through it?
You can get through it knowing love never dies.
The light of everything you had shines on.
As long as the love remains no one ever dies.
Love is the only thing that is eternal.
